I dunno about this whole healing Me/Mo thing. Intentionally choosing a primary that is less useful for your purposes simply to not be seen as quite as big a target seems like flawed logic. First of all, Mesmers are usually second to be targetted after Monks. If you just played a Mo/Me with Divine Favor you'd be better able to surivive through your healing, rather than hoping people won't attack you because you're not a monk primary. Your Fast Casting is only 4, so I doubt how much difference it will make anyway.

If everybody wants to go right, I choose to go left, even if its the "wrong" way. I also find 2+2 can equal five sometimes.

If you are just worried about warriors in random arena then a good mesmer skill for you could be soothing images. When you have 2, or more, warriors stomping on you, this will reduce their effectiveness by screwing up their adrenaline. The majority of warrior builds I've seen in random are wa/mo that use mending, healing breeze or healing hands. I suspect that they save energy for healing and mainly equip adrenaline based skills for damage, therefore, denying them adrenaline will really piss em off.
If monk as your secondary profession is not crucial to your build, may I suggest that you consider changing your sec prof to ele perhaps. There's some nice skills there that will keep you alive when warriors group on you. For instance, you could sacrifice your elite and take glimmering mark. Use it on a warrior and hit him with a lightning wand. He and any warrior around you will be blinded each time you hit him. If he/they use mend condition or plague touch then the blindness will refresh each time you hit the one with the glimmering mark. Depending on how many points you put into air magic you could also consider taking windborn speed for when you need to escape.
If you dont like the air magic option then you could go with earth magic. Kinetic armour gives you a nice armour boost and is renewed everytime you cast a spell. You could also consider taking a melee ward.
Or how about water magic? Blurred vision will give the target warrior and adjacent foes a 50% chance to miss with attacks. Hex removal isnt as prevalent as condition removal in the random arenas and therefore blurred vision may be more relaible than blind. You could also take mist form which will render you invulnerable to attack damage for a certain time, although you wont be able to deal damage with attacks either. I assume this refers to your cane attacks so you can still cast spells whilst you have this enchantment. If you need to make a get away then you could use frozen burst and/or use armour of mist which gives you a nice armour boost plus you will move 33% faster when used.
I admit I rushed this reply and havent fully considered my suggestions, therefore, there may be inaccuracies. I just wanted to give you some quick options which you could build on. If you are going to switch your seconday to ele then I would suggest taking some energy management skills. I hope you find this helpful.

Why should a mesmer stand a frickin chance against 3 warriors? People make me laugh 3 mesmers will destroy a warrior, and they do it at range. Hell a frag mesmer destroys anything.
A mesmer can totally own a warrior 1vs 1, a mesmer can own most classes 1 vs 1. God forbid they be mortal and when targeted first die like everyone else. There is a reason why mesmers are targeted alot of the times even before monks.

don't know why you are having such a hard time with your mes surviving. everyone keeps saying they are very vurnerable but that isn't true at all. mes have the highest life for casters and 2nd highest armor in game vs physical and elemental.
first off you need the right armor. the +15 armor while casting mod is global which means having one piece with it works on all pieces of armor. use a staff with +5 def head and +5 def wrapping or +7 shelter or 30 hp head and wrapping for 590 life base.then only use minor runes and sup vigor. the life loss just isn't worth it for a mes.

I love to play mesmer in random arena alot, and I take no self heals. I find that just by kitting around most warriors will get off of you. Toss maybe one or two hexes, and run around the spell casting you want to interupt, bring shatter hex and enchantment to punish warriors with when they are war/mo's or when you get hexed. Let them come near you then blow them up with shatter hex, which at 16 dom is 140? damage.
Like stated before you can also use illusion snares. I love empathy for rangers more then warriors, but truly the best way to deal with a warrior is just to kit them, if you have a snare run away and get them into a one on one situation and control them with snares and empathy, making them either run after you very slowly or try and kill you while taking damage themselves. If you really want to be rude bring blackout, imagined burden, and empathy. Snare them, when that wears off empathy them, after they hit you 4 times blackout them to nuke their adren, when blackout wheres off your snare should be back up. You might of lost 200 life, but they will have lost much more then that if you have any other damage hexes/spells.
